Maui Food Bank

As part of the "Guitarists Play for Maui" onine video concert, we encourage you to support the Maui Food Bank.

The Maui Food Bank provides safe and nutritious food to anyone in Maui County who is at risk of going hungry. Of those people served, 40% are children and youth.

With every $1 donated, the Maui Food Bank can provide 4 meals to the hungry living in our island community.

Lahaina Jodo Mission

The Lahaina Jodo Mission, run by the Hara family and serving the Lahaina community for decades, was destroyed by the wildfire. Only the great Buddha statue remains. Funds are needed for rebuilding.

The Mission was the site of one of our annual concerts on Maui, and all of the performers on the Guitarists Play for Maui concert played there at some point, and some many times. The Haras and the community were always extraordinarily warm and welcoming, and we hope you will join us in helping them in their time of need.
